EatTheFrog is a gamified task management application that helps users prioritize and complete their tasks using the “Eat the Frog” productivity methodology. Our service includes:

• Task creation and management
• Task prioritization and organization
• Gamified frog growth mechanics
• Optional premium features for paid users

3. User Accounts

To use EatTheFrog, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Free and Paid Services

EatTheFrog offers both free and paid tiers:

• Free tier: Limited to 3 lists and 10 tasks per list
• 1-Year Pass: Unlimited lists and tasks for one year
• Lifetime Pass: Unlimited access forever with a one-time payment

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the service
• Upload malicious content or code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The EatTheFrog service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your tasks and data remain your property.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

EatTheFrog is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of EatTheFrog.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
